Who we are
Hébergement NeuroDivers (NeuroDiverse Hosting) designs and hosts websites in the Montréal area. This policy covers the neurodivers.ca website and its contact form.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- what you need (for example a new site or hosting) and the details you write;
- the language of the page, the date you sent it and your consent;
- a scrambled fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, which can’t be turned back into the address itself, to limit abusive submissions.
We don’t ask for payment details or any sensitive information in this form. Please don’t include any in the details box.
Why
We use this information only to answer your request and follow up on it, and to protect the form from bots and abuse. We don’t sell or rent it, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
Your consent
We collect this information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@neurodivers.ca. We will then stop using your information and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Where your information is kept
The website and the form are hosted by Cloudflare. Requests are stored in a Cloudflare database located in eastern North America (Canada or the United States). To check that you’re not a robot, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile.
When you send the form, an email notice is sent to us through Cloudflare’s email service and lands in our mailbox, hosted by Zoho Mail in the United States. A confirmation is also sent, through the same service, to the address you gave.
Your information may therefore be stored outside Quebec. These providers process it on our behalf and under their own security measures.
How long
We keep requests for 24 months after we receive them. They are then deleted automatically from our database. The IP fingerprints used to limit abuse are erased after 2 days.
Emails about your request are deleted from our mailbox within the same 24 months, unless we need to keep them for a contract or a legal obligation.
Who has access
Only the people at Hébergement NeuroDivers who handle your request can see it. Our providers (Cloudflare and Zoho) host the data on our behalf, under their terms of service.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask to see the information we have about you;
- have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it.
Write to us at info@neurodivers.ca. We will reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
